Speaker: William "Jack" Sexton

Mr. Sexton has served the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Student and Exchange Visitors Program (SEVP) since 2007.

He has leveraged the practical business acumen gained from over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry to solve many business and technical challenges of SEVP IT Program Management and most recently, Records Information Management. One of his first accomplishments include building the first SharePoint application in ICE.

An avid student of economics, Systems Thinking and process improvement, Jack recognized the significant advantages and was an early proponent for adoption of Agile Methodologies and Cloud Technology.
