Our chapter programs are planned to provide interesting, educational, and relevant subject matter for our local ARMA membership.  Program topics are selected by the ARMA NOVA Board using membership and industry input, surveys, and market research in an attempt to bring you the best educational events available.  Meetings can take the form of a lecture or panel discussion. Dates are scheduled to work together with other trade and association activities to avoid scheduling conflicts.

  • ARMA NOVA meets on the third Wednesday of each month from September through June, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. 

  • Programs can be eligible for continuing education credits for ARMA, AIIM, PMP, and other professional organizations   

Our monthly meetings are an opportunity to network and learn while enjoying a great dinner at a time and place convenient for busy professionals.


The monthly meeting dinners usually consist of a choice of entrées (chicken, fish, vegetarian), fresh salad, beverage and dessert.  Cash bar is available.

At all our monthly meetings we do a 50/50 raffle in aid of the ARMA International Educational Foundation, which funds research and scholarships in the field.  Get one ticket for $2 and three tickets for $5.  Half goes to the winner, and the other half goes to the Foundation! 

Also, during our December meetings, we offer contributions to and invitations to speak from our favorite charity, Training Futures, a local workforce development program which trains under-employed and unemployed workers for entry-level administrative and clerical positions, including those related to records management.
